These terms govern your use of Dou San (dousan.my), a multiplayer card game platform offering Big 2, 7 Card Poker, and Russian Poker. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, to use Dou San.

Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• One account per player. Multi-accounting to gain an unfair advantage is not allowed.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automation to play on your behalf, outside of any features we explicitly provide for that purpose.
• Collude with other players, exploit bugs, or otherwise cheat.
• Harass, abuse, or use hateful language toward other players in chat.
• Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the platform.

We may suspend or deactivate accounts that violate these terms.

Virtual credits and scores — no real-money value

Any credits, scores, or standings within Dou San are virtual and exist solely within the platform. They have no cash value, cannot be purchased with or exchanged for real money, and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or redeemed outside the platform. Dou San is not a gambling service.

Availability

We aim to keep Dou San available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, and we may modify or discontinue features at any time.

Termination

You may stop using Dou San at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for other reasonable cause.

Disclaimer

Dou San is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Dou San after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
